About Driftline
The team behind TrueZone.
Based in Reykjavik
Applied physiology, patents, university validation, and a family founder story.
Driftline Analytics is based in Reykjavik, Iceland. The company developed TrueZone, the first unified framework for human physiology — turning ordinary heart rate data into a structured physiological signal.
The framework has been validated across 28,000+ sessions in running, cycling, and team sports. From just three parameters, TrueZone derives VO₂max, thresholds, training zones, race predictions, fat oxidation curves, and recovery kinetics — all individualized, all from data users already collect.
Our mission is to make real exercise physiology accessible to every athlete, coach, and platform — not through more sensors, but through better science applied to existing data.
